    I acknowledge the Terms and Conditions of Hire and Sale for Streamline Site Solutions Ltd, which will apply in all future transactions unless agreed in writing by a company Director. By signing this you confirm you have authority within your business to open this account and you adhere to the strict 30 day payment policy. In accordance with data protection law, I/we confirm that I am/we are the above named individual(s) or have their consent to provide you with the above information in so far as it comprises personal data. I/we understand and accept that you will process this and other information which comes into your possession in the normal course of business, to fulfil contractual requirements and for your own legitimate interests. This includes sharing personal data with third parties (including credit circles) for the purposes of running your business and account management. All hire contracts are subject to current CPA terms and Conditions.
